Howdy Y’all ~ We just celebrated THANKSGIVING on the JOIDES RESOLUTION, an American Research Vessel, in service to the international science community (www.JoidesResolution.org) ~ This year’s Tx-Giving Day was one of the most memorable ones in my life!

By now we have moved on from Tulsa (to Texas!), and soon have the chance to see a LOT of REALLY BIG H2O again ~ The Beloved Ocean ~ through working with an amazing organization called the INTEGRATED OCEAN DRILLING PROGRAM (www.IODP.org), with headquarters in College Station on the enormous Texas A&M campus…
